Welcome to Tripenger.com (“Tripenger”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, itinerary services, flight search redirection services, support services, and any related products or services offered through Tripenger.com.
By accessing our website, ordering a flight itinerary, requesting ticketing support, using our flight search tools, making payment, or being redirected to a third-party travel provider, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable third-party terms, policies, fare rules, and privacy notices.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Access to the Site
Tripenger.com provides a digital platform through which users may access travel-related services, including flight itinerary ordering, flight search redirection, travel support, and related services. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or prohibited purpose, including scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with website functionality, submitting false passenger details, or attempting to misuse itinerary documents.
2. Your User Account and Guest Use
You may use certain Tripenger services as a guest or through a user account where available. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, ordering an itinerary, making payment, requesting ticketing, or submitting passenger and travel details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, airports, contact details, and other information submitted to Tripenger are accurate. Tripenger is not liable for any error, delay, refusal, cancellation, failed itinerary creation, failed ticketing request, visa refusal, denied boarding, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
3. Tripenger’s Current Operating Model
Tripenger no longer searches or books flights directly through Amadeus. Flight search and final flight purchase services are now provided through third-party travel agents, suppliers, aggregators, or affiliate partners, including through our participation in the Travelpayouts affiliate programme.
Where you use our flight search or booking links, you may be redirected away from Tripenger.com to a third-party travel agent, airline, booking platform, or supplier website. Any final flight purchase made after redirection is made directly with that third party and not with Tripenger.
Tripenger is not responsible for the third party’s website, booking process, prices, availability, fare rules, baggage rules, payment processing, ticket issuance, refunds, cancellations, customer service, privacy practices, or performance of travel services. You must carefully review and accept the applicable third-party terms, conditions, fare rules, and privacy policy before completing any purchase.
4. Third-Party Flight Search and Booking
When Tripenger displays or provides access to flight search results, links, offers, advertisements, or booking options supplied by third parties, such information is provided for convenience only. Prices, availability, baggage allowance, schedules, routing, fare conditions, refundability, and airline rules may change at any time before final purchase.
By proceeding to a third-party website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your booking contract is with the relevant third-party travel agent, airline, supplier, or booking platform, not Tripenger.
- You may be required to accept separate terms and conditions before completing your purchase.
- You are responsible for reviewing all fare rules, baggage rules, cancellation terms, refund terms, change fees, passenger details, and travel requirements before payment.
- Tripenger does not control third-party prices, availability, payment processing, ticket issuance, refunds, cancellations, or customer support.
- Tripenger may receive affiliate commission where you complete a purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you.
5. Manual Ticketing Support Through AERTiCKET GmbH
Where a customer specifically requests assistance to purchase a ticketed flight manually, Tripenger may facilitate ticketing support through its partner AERTiCKET GmbH, a global flight consolidator and ticketing provider.
Manual ticketing is not automatic and is subject to availability, fare confirmation, passenger eligibility, applicable airline rules, AERTiCKET’s processes, successful payment, and any required verification. By requesting manual ticketing support, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ticketing may be processed by AERTiCKET GmbH or another authorised partner used by Tripenger.
- Your contract of carriage remains with the operating airline.
- All fares, taxes, charges, penalties, baggage rules, refund rules, and change rules are determined by the airline and/or ticketing provider.
- Tripenger acts as a facilitator and support provider and does not operate flights or control airline decisions.
- You may be required to accept or comply with AERTiCKET’s terms, policies, procedures, and applicable fare rules.
6. Flight Itinerary Services
Tripenger offers flight itinerary services for visa applications, travel planning, documentation, embassy submissions, or related purposes. These itineraries are created manually through our partner AERTiCKET GmbH or another suitable travel partner, depending on availability and operational requirements.
Unless expressly stated in writing as a ticketed booking, a Tripenger flight itinerary is not an electronic ticket, not proof of paid air travel, and not valid for boarding or actual travel. It is a travel reservation or itinerary document created for documentation purposes.
Our itinerary packages may include features such as visa-ready flight itinerary preparation, reservation placement in an airline reservation system, delivery within the stated service timeframe, revisions where included in the selected package, and support by email or chat depending on the package purchased.
7. Airline Reservation System and Reservation Visibility
For itinerary orders, Tripenger may arrange for a reservation to be created or held in an airline reservation system through its travel partner. However, airline systems, reservation visibility, and online lookup functionality vary significantly between airlines.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Some airlines allow passengers to view reservations on the airline’s own website using a booking reference or passenger details.
- Some airlines do not allow itinerary-only, partner-created, non-ticketed, or certain agency reservations to be viewed on their public website.
- Visibility on an airline website is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the airline, system provider, fare type, reservation status, and airline policy.
- The inability to view a reservation on an airline website does not automatically mean that the itinerary is invalid or was not created.
- Tripenger is not liable where an airline does not provide public online access to view a reservation.
8. Supported Airports and Alternative Arrangements
Tripenger may provide a custom airport search or airport selection tool when you order an itinerary. Although we make reasonable efforts to support a wide range of departure and destination airports, not all airports, routes, airlines, dates, or reservation combinations may be available through our itinerary creation process or travel partners.
If your selected airport, route, airline, date, or itinerary request cannot be supported, Tripenger may contact you to arrange a reasonable alternative, including an alternative nearby airport, alternative routing, alternative date, or similar travel plan. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, Tripenger may cancel the itinerary request and issue a refund in accordance with these Terms.
9. Payment for Itinerary Services
Payments for Tripenger itinerary services may be collected through Stripe or any other payment gateway, processor, or method that Tripenger considers appropriate from time to time. By making payment, you authorise Tripenger and/or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount for the selected service.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, security checks, processing rules, and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider. Tripenger is not responsible for delays, declines, bank charges, currency conversion fees, card issuer decisions, or payment processor issues outside our reasonable control.
10. Itinerary Delivery Times and Revisions
Tripenger aims to deliver itinerary services within the timeframe stated for the selected package, such as 24 hours, 8 hours, or priority delivery where applicable. Delivery times are estimates based on normal operating conditions and begin only after successful payment and receipt of all required passenger and travel information.
Delays may occur due to incomplete customer information, route unavailability, supplier delays, airline system restrictions, payment review, fraud checks, public holidays, technical issues, or circumstances outside Tripenger’s reasonable control. Complimentary revisions, where included in a package, are limited to reasonable changes within the scope of the original itinerary request and do not guarantee a completely new itinerary, route, or passenger group unless Tripenger agrees otherwise.
11. Ticketing an Itinerary on Request
Customers may request that an itinerary be converted into a ticketed booking. Ticketing is not guaranteed and is subject to seat availability, fare availability, airline rules, ticketing deadlines, passenger eligibility, payment of the applicable fare, taxes, charges, service fees, and successful processing by Tripenger’s ticketing partner.
The price of a ticketed flight may differ from any price shown on an itinerary or from any previously available fare. Airline fares can change at any time before ticket issuance. Tripenger is not liable for fare increases, sold-out flights, expired reservations, airline schedule changes, or inability to ticket an itinerary.
12. Visa Applications and Embassy Decisions
Tripenger itineraries may be used by customers as supporting documents for visa applications or travel documentation. However, Tripenger does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, visa guarantees, or embassy decision-making services.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body.
- Tripenger does not guarantee that an itinerary will result in visa approval.
- Tripenger is not liable for visa refusal, delay, additional document requests, missed appointments, application rejection, or immigration decisions.
- You are responsible for confirming the document requirements of the relevant embassy or immigration authority before ordering.
13. Air Transport Conditions
Where you purchase a ticketed flight through a third-party provider, airline, travel agent, or through manual ticketing support arranged by Tripenger, your journey is subject to the operating airline’s conditions of carriage and applicable fare rules. These may include rules relating to check-in, boarding, baggage, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, no-show, identification, visas, transit requirements, schedule changes, denied boarding, and passenger conduct.
Tripenger does not operate airlines and cannot override airline policies, fare rules, border requirements, airport procedures, or aviation regulations.
14. Baggage
Baggage allowances, baggage fees, size limits, weight limits, sports equipment rules, special baggage rules, and carry-on policies are determined by the airline and/or third-party booking provider. You must review the applicable baggage policy before purchasing any ticketed flight.
Tripenger is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or charged baggage. All baggage claims must be raised directly with the operating airline or relevant travel provider.
15. Missed Flights, No-Shows, and Travel Documents
If you miss a flight, fail to check in, arrive late, lack valid travel documents, lack a required visa, fail to meet transit requirements, or are denied boarding, the airline’s rules and applicable law will determine your rights and remedies.
Tripenger is not liable for missed flights, no-show penalties, denied boarding, invalid documents, visa issues, expired passports, transit restrictions, immigration refusal, or customer failure to comply with airline or government requirements.
16. Direct Flights, Connections, and Stopovers
Flight descriptions may refer to direct flights, connecting flights, stopovers, layovers, or multi-segment journeys. Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routing, terminals, operating carriers, or connection times for operational, commercial, regulatory, or safety reasons.
You are responsible for reviewing your full itinerary, connection times, transit visa requirements, airport changes, and travel feasibility before relying on any itinerary or purchasing any ticket.
17. Denied Boarding, Cancellation, Delay, and Overbooking
Airlines may delay, cancel, reschedule, reroute, or overbook flights. Passenger rights may exist under applicable laws, including but not limited to EU Regulation 261/2004 where applicable. Such rights are determined by the airline, operating carrier, route, jurisdiction, and circumstances of the disruption.
Tripenger does not determine compensation, operate flights, or control airline disruption handling. You must contact the airline or relevant booking provider directly for claims relating to denied boarding, cancellation, delay, overbooking, schedule changes, or compensation.
18. Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
For itinerary services, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of the order, whether work has commenced, whether the itinerary has been created, supplier costs incurred, and the circumstances of the request. Once an itinerary has been created or delivered, service fees may be non-refundable unless Tripenger determines otherwise at its discretion or applicable law requires otherwise.
For ticketed flights purchased through third-party providers, refunds, cancellations, changes, credits, and penalties are governed by the third party’s terms, airline fare rules, and applicable law. Tripenger cannot override airline or third-party rules.
Where Tripenger agrees or is required to issue a refund, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, and payment method.
19. Failed Orders and Unsupported Requests
In some cases, an itinerary order, ticketing request, or payment process may fail due to unsupported airports, route restrictions, airline system limitations, supplier issues, payment review, availability changes, technical errors, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
If Tripenger cannot complete an itinerary order and no suitable alternative is agreed, Tripenger may cancel the order and issue a refund. Tripenger is not responsible for indirect losses, visa appointment issues, missed deadlines, third-party costs, or consequential losses arising from an unsupported or failed request.
20. Accuracy of Information
Tripenger makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information. However, travel information may change frequently and without notice. This includes prices, availability, schedules, airport rules, airline policies, baggage rules, visa requirements, fare rules, and supplier terms.
You are responsible for verifying all important travel information directly with the airline, third-party travel provider, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or relevant official source before making decisions or travelling.
21. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate passenger, passport, contact, airport, and travel information.
- Checking visa, transit, immigration, passport, vaccination, and entry requirements.
- Reviewing all itinerary details immediately after delivery.
- Requesting corrections promptly where revisions are available.
- Accepting applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before completing external bookings.
- Ensuring that any itinerary or ticketed booking is suitable for your intended purpose.
22. Privacy and Personal Data
Tripenger collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Where your request involves third-party travel agents, airlines, payment processors, affiliate partners, AERTiCKET GmbH, booking platforms, or other service providers, your personal data may also be processed by those third parties in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable third-party privacy policy before proceeding with any redirected booking, payment, ticketing request, or third-party service.
23. Third-Party Websites and Services
Tripenger may link to or redirect users to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment gateways, airlines, travel agents, affiliate partners, or supplier systems. These third-party services are independent from Tripenger.
Tripenger does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, prices, availability, booking errors, payment failures, refunds, cancellations, customer support, or travel services. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms and policies.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripenger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, visa refusal, missed travel, missed appointments, third-party costs, fare increases, airline decisions, supplier failures, payment processor delays, or loss arising from use of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
25. Changes to These Terms
Tripenger may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, partners, legal obligations, payment processes, supplier arrangements, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Tripenger.com after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
