Apply at the French Embassy in Harare by appointment. A reservation is not an issued ticket.

Recommended Flight Itinerary Type

Based on the guidance linked above, we recommend considering a flight reservation with a PNR to show your planned travel. Tripenger’s PNR package includes an airline booking reference, subject to airline availability. The guidance does not explicitly require a PNR, so please check the latest requirements with the relevant visa authority before ordering.

Choose Your Package and Order Your Flight Itinerary

Visiting family in France, planning a Paris holiday or travelling for a business meeting? Zimbabwean ordinary passport holders normally need a visa before travelling. A Schengen visa (type C) covers short visits of up to 90 days in any 180-day period; longer study, work or residence plans generally need a national long-stay visa (type D). This guide explains the flight documents for an ordinary short visit, with separate advice for students below.

Prepare your proposed arrival and departure dates alongside your accommodation or host’s invitation. France-Visas gives you a document list for your own circumstances. Where it asks for a flight reservation, Tripenger recommends an itinerary with a genuine booking reference (PNR). A schedule without a PNR shows proposed flights but does not reserve them.

Choose your flight itinerary when your journey and document requirement are clear. After visa approval, compare flights to France on Tripenger.
